Miss Mahendran Layavani received the following awards in recognition of her outstanding academic performance:
- Somaskanda Emeritus Principal Sangarapillai Veerasingam Memorial Scholarship – Awarded for obtaining a First Class and being among the best students in the degree programme.
- The Institute of Bankers of Sri Lanka (IBSL) Award – For the most outstanding performance in the Bachelor of Business Administration Honours in Financial Management degree programme for the examination year 2024.
- CA Sri Lanka Gold Medal Award – In recognition of outstanding performance in specified subjects of the Bachelor of Business Administration Honours in Financial Management degree programme for the examination year 2024.
- CFA Gold Medal – Awarded in recognition of outstanding academic accomplishments in the Bachelor of Business Administration Honours in Financial Management degree programme for the examination year 2024.
- Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE) Award – For being the most outstanding student in the Bachelor of Business Administration Honours in Financial Management degree programme for the examination year 2024.
- Certified Management Accountants (CMA) Australia Gold Medal and Cash Award – In recognition of being the best student in the Bachelor of Business Administration Honours in Financial Management degree programme for the examination year 2024.
- Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI), UK, Gold Medal and Cash Award – For the most outstanding performance in the Bachelor of Business Administration Honours in Financial Management degree programme for the examination year 2024.
- Bank of Ceylon (BOC) Gold Medal – For the most outstanding performance in the Bachelor of Business Administration Honours in Financial Management degree programme for the examination year 2024.
- N. Geevaratnam Memorial Prize – For the most outstanding performance in the Honours degree programmes of the Faculty of Management Studies and Commerce for the examination year 2024.
2. Mr. Ganesha Kumaran Harikaran
Mr. Ganesha Kumaran Harikaran received the following awards in recognition of his academic performance:
- The Institute of Bankers of Sri Lanka (IBSL) Cash Prize Award – For the best performance in the Third Examination of the Bachelor of Business Administration Honours in Financial Management degree programme for the examination year 2024.
- CFA Cash Prize Award – In recognition of the best performance in the Third Examination of the Bachelor of Business Administration Honours in Financial Management degree programme.
3. Mr. Sugumar Suren
Mr. Sugumar Suren received the following awards in recognition of his outstanding achievements:
- Securities and Exchange Commission of Sri Lanka (SEC) Gold Medal and Cash Award – In recognition of outstanding accomplishments in the Bachelor of Business Administration Honours in Financial Management degree programme for the examination year 2024.
- SEC Scholarship to Follow the CCM Programme – Awarded in recognition of the best performance in capital market-related subjects in the Fourth Year of the Bachelor of Business Administration Honours in Financial Management degree programme for the examination year 2024.
4. Mr. Kathiresanathan Vignesh
- Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) Gold Medal – For the most outstanding performance in the Bachelor of Business Administration Honours in Financial Management degree programme for the examination year 2024.
5. Miss. Siraj Fathima Shamana
- SEC Cash Award – In recognition of the best performance in the Capital Market-Related Research Project/Dissertation in the Fourth Year of the Bachelor of Business Administration Honours in Financial Management degree programme for the examination year 2024.
6. Miss. Thevanesan Hemasajini and Miss. Eeswararuban Varunuji
